This Website is owned and operated by South Jersey Techies, LLC. On this page you will find our: Returns and Refunds Policy; Payment Policy and Shipping Policy . We encourage you to read them. We may update these Terms from time to time. You should check this page occasionally to ensure you are familiar with the most up-to-date Terms.

Returns and Refunds Policy

How To Return An Item

All merchandise may be returned within 30 days unless terms are otherwise stated at time of purchase. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

    1. Please email store@sjtechies.com to request a refund and we will assign you a RMA #.
    2. Mail your returned item to:

    3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original order receipt.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. Licensed software is not refundable. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or damaged will not be accepted for return or refund.

Restocking Fee

There is a 10% restocking fee on all items except special order items. There is a 20% restocking fee on special order items.

Payment Policy

  1. All labor charges are non-refundable. There is a 30-day guarantee on services provided.
  2. All hardware is sold with a manufacturer’s warranty. South Jersey Techies, LLC or SJT Group, LLC d/b/a TechieDepot.com provides no additional warranty.
  3. There is a $35 charge on all returned check items. Additional fees may apply.
  4. Any sales for equipment will be billed through our sister company, SJT Group d/b/a TechieDepot.com. Please be sure to make checks payable to the proper entity as indicated on the invoices we supply to you (i.e. South Jersey Techies, LLC for technical services or SJT Group, LLC for equipment sales). A W9 for either company will be provided to you upon request. If at any time you should have any billing and invoice inquiries, please contact our office.
  5. All unpaid sums that are not in dispute may be subject to a 5% monthly finance charge.
  6. If an account is delinquent and collection efforts become necessary, all costs of collection including reasonable attorneys’ fees shall be the responsibility of the client in addition to any outstanding balance due.
  7. All merchandise remains the property of South Jersey Techies, LLC and/or SJT Group, LLC d/b/a TechieDepot.com until paid in full.
  8. South Jersey Techies, LLC or SJT Group, LLC d/b/a TechieDepot.com shall not be bound by any terms or conditions printed on a purchase order, check, or correspondence from client without prior written acceptance of such terms.
  9. Quotations and responses to requests for quotations do not include the price of sales tax or shipping unless these items are explicitly stated. Client is responsible for the cost of sales tax and shipping of all merchandise.
  10. South Jersey Techies, LLC or SJT Group, LLC d/b/a TechieDepot.com will not perform services for clients with past due balances. This includes but is not limited to emergency services.
  11. From time to time South Jersey Techies, LLC or SJT Group, LLC d/b/a TechieDepot.com may offer for sale items that are demonstration units, refurbished, or used. All such items are sold AS-IS and are not returnable.
  12.  South Jersey Techies, LLC or SJT Group, LLC d/b/a TechieDepot.com does not guarantee the price and/or the availability of products and/or services quoted.
  13. All defective merchandise must be returned to South Jersey Techies, LLC or SJT Group, LLC d/b/a TechieDepot.com prepaid.
  14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. South Jersey Techies, LLC or SJT Group, LLC d/b/a TechieDepot.com warrants to Client that the material, analysis, data, programs, and services to be delivered or rendered under this Agreement will be of the kind and quality designated and will be performed by qualified personnel.
    South Jersey Techies, LLC or SJT Group, LLC d/b/a TechieDepot.com offers no guarantees or warranties express or implied, as to system availability and functionality during any phase of its support services and makes no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the ability to resolve computer-related problems, to recover data, or to avoid losing data.
    South Jersey Techies, LLC or SJT Group, LLC d/b/a TechieDepot.com makes no other warranties, whether written, oral or implied, including without limitation warranty of fitness for purpose of merchantability. In no event shall South Jersey Techies, LLC or SJT Group, LLC d/b/a TechieDepot.com be liable for special or consequential damages, either in contract or tort, whether or not the possibility of such damages has been disclosed to South Jersey Techies, LLC or SJT Group, LLC d/b/a TechieDepot.com in advance or could have been reasonably foreseen by South Jersey Techies, LLC or SJT Group, LLC d/b/a TechieDepot.com. In no event shall South Jersey Techies, LLC or SJT Group, LLC d/b/a TechieDepot.com be liable for any claim, whether in contract or in tort, that arose more than one year prior to institution of suit thereon.
  15. LEGAL ACTION AND JURISDICTION. The enforcement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be adjudicated exclusively in the state or federal courts of the State of New Jersey and all parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
